Product Description

Professional Floor Cutter for Concrete Joints and Grooves

The QG-350 is a professional floor cutter designed for cutting control joints, expansion joints and straight grooves in concrete and cement-based floors. This compact walk-behind machine combines a powerful 3.7 kW cutting motor, adjustable cutting depth and an integrated 1 kW dust-extraction system.

Unlike conventional walk-behind concrete saws that require a separate vacuum, the QG-350 captures dust directly around the cutting blade. Its enclosed cutting guard, retractable protective cover and sealed dust-collection path help reduce airborne concrete dust while simplifying jobsite preparation.

Walk-Behind Floor Cutter with Laser Guidance

A horizontal laser guide projects a visible reference line ahead of the machine. This allows operators to align the blade with marked cutting lines and maintain a straighter path when cutting long control joints or floor grooves.

The walk-behind design provides greater stability than a handheld electric concrete saw, especially when producing long, consistent channels across warehouses, factories and other industrial floors. A front guide system further assists with directional control.

Electric Concrete Saw with Adjustable Cutting Depth

The QG-350 can also be classified as an industrial electric concrete saw. Its 5 hp / 3.7 kW motor drives compatible 200 mm diamond blades at up to 2,800 rpm, providing the cutting performance required for concrete joint installation and floor renovation.

Cutting depth can be adjusted according to the joint design, with a maximum depth of 35 mm. The retractable blade cover follows the selected cutting depth, helping maintain blade protection and effective dust collection throughout operation.

Concrete Floor Grooving Machine

When fitted with the appropriate diamond blade, the QG-350 functions as a precise floor grooving machine. It supports nominal groove widths of 2.5 mm and 5.0 mm for different construction and flooring applications.

The 2.5 mm blade is suitable for narrow control joints and fine grooves. The 5.0 mm blade produces wider channels for joint installation, crack treatment and preparation for selected resin or polyurethane flooring systems.

Recommended Applications

  • Concrete control-joint cutting
  • Expansion-joint installation
  • Concrete floor grooving
  • Industrial floor renovation
  • Crack-routing preparation
  • Decorative line cutting
  • Warehouse and factory floor construction
  • Resin flooring preparation
  • Polyurethane flooring preparation
  • Straight channels for concrete floor repairs
Features

Integrated Floor Cutting and Dust Extraction

The QG-350 combines floor cutting and dust extraction in one mobile unit. Its built-in vacuum reduces the need to purchase, transport and connect a separate industrial dust extractor, making the machine easier to deploy across indoor jobsites.

Professional Walk-Behind Floor Cutter

The walk-behind structure provides stable handling when cutting long joints and grooves. Its compact dimensions allow operators to maneuver the machine around industrial floors while maintaining greater control than with a handheld concrete cutting tool.

Powerful 3.7 kW Electric Cutting Motor

A 5 hp / 3.7 kW electric motor provides the power required for professional concrete floor cutting. The electric configuration is particularly suitable for indoor applications where exhaust emissions from petrol-powered floor saws may be undesirable.

Enclosed Dust-Collection System

The cutting guard and dust cover form an enclosure around the blade and cutting area. Capturing dust close to its source helps reduce the amount of fine concrete dust released across the surrounding floor.

Built-In High-Efficiency Vacuum

The integrated 1 kW vacuum motor provides a maximum airflow of 2.6 m³/min. An enlarged filter surface, sealed dust path and 19 L dust container support continuous dust collection during floor cutting and grooving.

Laser-Guided Concrete Cutting

A horizontal laser guide projects a visible line in front of the floor cutter. It helps the operator position the blade, follow marked joints and achieve straighter cuts across large concrete surfaces.

Precision Cutting-Depth Adjustment

The adjustable mechanism allows operators to set the cutting depth according to the required joint or groove. The QG-350 can cut concrete floors to a maximum depth of 35 mm.

Depth-Following Blade Cover

The retractable blade cover follows the selected cutting depth. This design keeps more of the diamond blade enclosed, improving blade protection and helping the dust-extraction system maintain effective suction around the cutting point.

Joint Cutting and Floor Grooving

The QG-350 works as both a concrete joint cutter and a floor grooving machine. Compatible diamond blades allow it to create narrow control joints, wider grooves and straight channels for floor construction or renovation.

2.5 mm and 5.0 mm Groove Widths

Two primary blade configurations are available. The 2.5 mm blade produces narrow control joints, while the 5.0 mm blade creates wider grooves for expansion joints, crack treatment and flooring-system preparation.

Compact, Maneuverable Construction

At approximately 110 kg, the QG-350 balances cutting stability with jobsite maneuverability. Its compact body, walk-behind handle and front guide system make it suitable for warehouses, workshops and other industrial environments.

The QG-350 is a walk-behind electric concrete floor cutter powered by a 5 hp / 3.7 kW cutting motor. It uses a 200 mm diamond blade operating at up to 2,800 rpm and provides an adjustable cutting depth of up to 35 mm. Depending on the selected blade, the machine can create nominal groove widths of 2.5 mm or 5.0 mm.

For indoor concrete cutting, the QG-350 incorporates a 1 kW dust extractor with a 1 m² filter surface, maximum airflow of 2.6 m³/min and a 19 L dust container. Its laser alignment system, enclosed blade guard and compact walk-behind construction make it suitable for cutting control joints, expansion joints and straight grooves in warehouses, factories and other industrial floors.
