Product Description
The Exceptional K58 Dust Free Planetary Concrete Floor Grinder with Built In Vacuum System combines a powerful 7.5 kW grinding motor, a three head planetary grinding system and a 2.55 kW dust extraction motor in one compact industrial machine. With a 580 mm working width, three 252 mm tool holders and adjustable speeds up to 1,500 rpm, the K58 delivers stable and consistent results for concrete surface preparation, coating removal, grinding and polishing.
The integrated vacuum system captures dust directly during operation, reducing the need to transport and connect a separate dust extractor. It provides a maximum airflow of 415 m³/h and uses a 3.2 m² conical main filter. Manual and automatic filter cleaning help maintain consistent suction, reduce filter blockage and minimize interruptions during demanding grinding projects.
A sealed dustproof planetary head protects critical components from fine concrete dust, contributing to higher reliability and lower maintenance requirements. The upgraded structure provides lower vibration and easier tool changes, while two magnetic LED work lights improve visibility in indoor and poorly lit working areas.
The integrated four position adjustable weight system allows the operator to change the grinding pressure according to the floor condition and application. The adjustable handle offers multiple operating positions for improved control, handling and operator comfort.
Designed for industrial floor preparation and smaller job sites, the K58 can be used for surface opening, coating removal, grinding and polishing concrete, terrazzo, marble, granite and other natural stone floors. Its integrated grinding and dust extraction design allows one machine to complete multiple surface preparation processes with cleaner operation and less equipment handling.

Integrated Grinding and Dust Extraction
The K58 combines a planetary concrete grinding system and an industrial dust extraction system in one compact machine. Dust is collected directly during grinding, helping create a cleaner working environment while reducing the need to transport, connect and manage a separate dust extractor.
Three Head Planetary Grinding System
Three 252 mm tool holders provide stable contact across the 580 mm working width. The planetary grinding action distributes pressure evenly to deliver consistent results during concrete leveling, surface preparation, coating removal and floor polishing.
Four Position Counterweight System
The integrated counterweight can be adjusted between four positions to change the grinding pressure according to the application. Operators can apply additional pressure for demanding coating removal or select a more balanced setting for controlled grinding and polishing.
Filter Cleaning and Back Blow System
Manual and automatic filter cleaning functions use back blow action to remove accumulated dust from the filter surface. This helps restore airflow, maintain consistent suction and reduce interruptions caused by filter blockage during extended concrete grinding projects.
Independent Vacuum Port
A dedicated vacuum port allows operators to connect a suction hose for general floor cleanup. The integrated vacuum can therefore collect dust during grinding and remove loose dust and debris before or after surface preparation.
Magnetic LED Work Lights
Two magnetic LED work lights can be repositioned to illuminate different areas around the grinding path. Improved visibility helps operators inspect the floor surface, monitor grinding progress and work more accurately in indoor or poorly lit environments.
Multi Position Adjustable Handle
The adjustable handle offers multiple positions for grinding, machine control and transportation. Operators can select a suitable working angle for better control and more comfortable handling during different stages of the floor preparation process.
