Product Description
The MB-300T is a compact industrial concrete floor edge grinder designed for surface preparation, edge grinding and detailed finishing close to walls. Its three-in-one configuration combines a 2.2 kW grinding system, edge-finishing capability and a 1 kW dust extractor in one mobile machine, reducing the need to move and connect separate equipment.
A 300 mm working width allows the MB-300T to work efficiently along floor perimeters and in areas that are difficult to reach with large planetary floor grinders. The grinding head can rotate through 30°, while the guide-wheel system allows the operator to adjust the grinding distance for different site conditions. Its zero-distance edging design helps reduce unground strips beside walls and other vertical structures.
The integrated dust-extraction system provides up to 2.6 m³/min of airflow and includes a 1 m² filter surface and 17 L dust container. The sealed collection path helps control dust at the grinding source, creating a cleaner working environment and simplifying jobsite setup.
With tool-holder speeds from 420 to 800 rpm, the machine can be adapted for concrete grinding, epoxy floor preparation, floor renovation and polishing when fitted with suitable diamond tools. Single-phase and three-phase electrical configurations are available for different markets and jobsite power supplies.

Features
Three-in-One Grinding, Edging and Dust Extraction
The MB-300T combines concrete grinding, edge finishing and industrial dust extraction in one compact machine. This integrated design simplifies transportation and jobsite setup while allowing dust to be collected directly during grinding.
Zero-Distance Edge Grinding
The grinding-head design enables 0 mm edge grinding, allowing the machine to work directly beside walls and other vertical surfaces. This helps minimize unground strips and reduces the amount of follow-up work required with handheld grinders.
30° Rotating Grinding Head
A 30° rotating grinding head helps the operator adapt the machine to different floor edges, wall positions and restricted spaces. The adjustable design improves access during detailed floor preparation and perimeter grinding.
Magnetic Quick-Release Tooling System
The magnetic quick-release design allows suitable grinding tools to be installed and changed more efficiently. Faster tool replacement helps reduce downtime when moving between coating removal, concrete grinding and polishing stages.
Adjustable Guide-Wheel System
Guide wheels allow the working distance between the grinding head and wall to be adjusted quickly. They also help the operator maintain a more consistent path when grinding long floor edges or working under complex site conditions.

A 3 hp / 2.2 kW grinding motor delivers the power required for professional concrete surface preparation. Tool-holder speeds from 420 to 800 rpm allow the machine to be adjusted for different diamond tools, floor conditions and finishing requirements.
Integrated Dust-Collection System
The built-in 1 kW vacuum motor delivers a maximum airflow of 2.6 m³/min. A sealed dust path, 1 m² filter surface and 17 L dust container help capture fine dust at the source and support cleaner indoor operation.
Compact 300 mm Working Width
The 300 mm working width provides a practical balance between productivity and maneuverability. It makes the MB-300T suitable for wall edges, doorways, narrow areas and detailed preparation that cannot be completed effectively with larger floor grinders.
