Product Description
The V2/V2B is an industrial concrete dust extractor developed for professional floor grinding, concrete cutting and surface-preparation work. It connects to compatible floor grinders, polishers, floor cutters and other dust-generating equipment, helping collect dust close to the point where it is produced.
Two commutator vacuum motors provide a combined output of 2.7 hp / 2 kW, maximum airflow of 184 CFM / 312 m³/h and maximum vacuum pressure of 0.2 bar. This dual-motor configuration makes the V2 series suitable for applications requiring greater extraction capacity than the smaller V1 model.
Dust Extractor for Floor Preparation Equipment
Concrete floor preparation can generate large amounts of fine dust and heavier debris. The V2/V2B provides a mobile dust-collection solution for compatible equipment used in coating removal, concrete grinding, polishing, grooving, joint cutting and floor renovation.

The V2B adds a front floor nozzle and associated cleaning hoses, allowing the machine to collect dust and debris directly from the floor. This configuration lets operators clean residual material around the work area without changing to a separate workshop vacuum.
Because of the floor-cleaning assembly, the V2B measures approximately 52 × 60 × 82 cm and weighs 45 kg. The suction performance, filter area, dust capacity and electrical specifications remain the same as the V2.

The V1 is designed specifically for dust collection during concrete grinding, floor cutting and surface preparation. Its 38 mm hose connects the dust extractor to compatible floor-processing machines, helping capture dust closer to where it is generated.
Compact 1 kW Vacuum Motor
A 1.4 hp / 1 kW commutator motor provides up to 92 CFM of airflow and 0.2 bar of vacuum pressure. The compact motor configuration gives the V1 practical suction performance without making the machine unnecessarily large or difficult to transport.
110–220 V Single-Phase Operation
